In this video you will learn about Biology and the services of mankind from first year Biology chapter number one Introduction. If we talk about services of biology then its a very vast topic, its very difficult to summerize this in a short video but in this video we will discuss the most important services. Biology is serving us in production of food, control of diseases and protection and conservinng our environment. If we talk about food production then we will discuss about improved food varieties, control of pests( biological and chemical control) and preservation of food. Then control of diseases in which we have discussed about preventive measures, immunization and vaccination and gene therapy. Protection and conservation of environment will be discussed in next lecture.
