In this video lecture Amjad Umer Ranjha explained different adaptations in animals to better live in changing environment. Structural, physiological and behavioral adaptations are discussed. Structural adaptations include the presence of Pelage, plumage, sweat glands, modified lungs. Physiological adaptations include working of Pelage, plumage, sweating, vasodilation and vasoconstriction. Behavioral adaptations are basking in sun, nocturnal as well as diurnal behaviors.
