In this video lecture kidney problems and their cures are discussed. Kidney problems can be kidney stones and kidney failures. Kidney stones or renal calculi are stony minerals deposited in kidneys. Causes can be hyperixaluria, hypercalcemia, uric acid and cystine deposition. Kidney stones cures can be surgical or non surgical. Non surgical includes Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotrypsy. Kidney failure is complete stopage of the function of kidney. It has two treaments one dialysis and other transplant.
